I needed to send a friend in Davidson her insulin supplies that she left at my home yesterday. Brittany made sure the package was well insulated and found an overnight rate that was VERY competitive! Grateful for such great service!
Posted on the store open at 8am on Saturday. Locked and no one there at 9:15am. Fix your sign if your going to be closed.
I needed a double sided PDF & Brooke went above and beyond to help me. The file was corrupted, we had to work together over a period of 3 hours to make it work. She was incredibly patient, helpful & kind. She also did an awesome job of helping other customers while I was there & trying to sort it out. Ended up with beautiful 32lb paper of the flyers my company needed. Thanks Brooke! Thanks FedEx!
Extremely slow service because the management doesn’t want to staff the store. Very friendly employee (the one that was there)
