This location refused to ship a firearm into a manufacturer for repairs without a FFL?! You don’t need a FFL to ship to a manufacturer
Unlike all the other FedEx shops in the immediate area, this one charges a "computer rental fee" in order to print because they don't have a kiosk. They also didn't warn me that they're going to charge me a half hour of PC rental time after I spend two seconds printing a single page. It's only a few bucks, but it's such a sneaky and annoying tactic to tack on a fee! If you have to print your label onsite, go elsewhere.

I contacted this store today in need of an item printed very quickly. I was three hours away and needed them to print my document, which I uploaded through their website. Kim received my urgent phone call and was incredibly helpful and willing to do everything she could to make sure I received what I needed. She quickly printed, coil-bound, and even put my document on a USB drive for me.
