Tried to return an item purchased online, fed ex being the return label, I was told by the Manager aka "Karen" that the box was damaged & a charge to me of $40 to $60 would occur to repackage it. The item in the box costs $100! I was in no mood to argue this ridiculous issue with "Manager Karen" but find it funny as this package was delivered to me in the exact same condition from Fed Ex.
