Watching the staff be rude to other customers was pretty rough, having them be rude with me was worse. I understand the job is difficult but at least be a decent human. Also, pretty sure they lied about not doing notary services when their website stated they do... Waste of time

Amazing experience with Kiara today! Had 12 large boxes to ship to multiple locations and she was fast & efficient!!
Rude employees went in to send a fax did not want to help us insisted we use self service. Tall skinny black girl and shorter white guy. When we told them we preferred to have them send it from the counter they refused. Total lack of customer service. They them just stood behind the counter giggling.
