I ordered something from Best buy it was 2 day shipping the 2 day shipping turned into 15 days shipping. I went to best buy to cancel the order they couldn't cancel it because it's in FedEx possession. So 8 call FedEx to try and figure out what's going on. They tell me there's no name or address on the label. Ok yes best buy made an error and put a blank label on the box but FedEx scanned a blank label? A quick letter to send, it was cheap and quick. The customer service rep was personable, effective and well mannered. Give them all a raise !
Excellent customer service. Zee was very knowledgeable on assisting me with shipping, my laptop. She even suggested a laptop box. I had no idea they even sold those. She greeted me with a big smile and was very helpful and friendly .
