A quick letter to send, it was cheap and quick. The customer service rep was personable, effective and well mannered. Give them all a raise !
Excellent customer service. Zee was very knowledgeable on assisting me with shipping, my laptop. She even suggested a laptop box. I had no idea they even sold those. She greeted me with a big smile and was very helpful and friendly .
Annoying
Really poor customer service. Took no time to look into why they apparently didn’t have my package despite me having updates saying they had it. Had to come back several times until they took the time to find the only box matching the description I gave them that was right in front of them the whole time. Didn’t get his name but the guy with the weird curly hair was the slowest/rudest of them.
