Tried calling to get information about a missing package & the representative Pyrene wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence & kept talking over me. I explained my package was showing delivered (to the wrong apartment) & she told me it wasn’t their fault that I needed to contact the website I ordered it from for a re-delivery when clearly their driver placed it at the wrong apartment unit. Helpful and professional. Came in with a bit of a project and they helped with everything I needed. Jesse even helped me cut out some cards I needed to laminate!
The guy who helped me was really nice and professional. He was upfront about the risks of cutting a binding off a book and trying to put a spiral binding on, and I appreciated that upfront clarity. The spiral binding turned out fantastic though and took just a few minutes. Five stars from me for sure.
Had the shipping label in hand and the employee couldn't even scan the label to tell me where the package was going when I asked to check where it was going on there end as I wanted to make sure it was going to the house I wanted it to. Going to a different location very sad the employee didn't seem to want to help out
