2/4/26 @ 10:30AM. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful service at this location. We were ignored Multiple times. After giving us an email to send documents, the employee demonstratively walked away to assist customers who arrived After us. While we were waiting, she engaged in lengthy, non-work-related conversations with one of the customers, completely dismissing our presence. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at FedEx thanks to Niki. I came in needing to print signs for a very special 50th wedding anniversary party, and she went above and beyond to help me. People at this location were ok and helped a bit so they get a few stars but Fed Ex is a joke of a company their customer service is bad the drivers lie about attempting delivery. They even take a picture of them not going to the door as they don't care. Please use UPS or USPS.
