Two separate issues are addressed here: 1. I pick up a ton of packages here due to issues with Fedex Auburn not delivering for days with zero updates. 2. My package was supposed to be ready for pickup at this location, but was not. The dude with bleached hair was helpful, but I blew up at the guy a bit due to my ongoing grievance with Fedex. Service and price just depends on who is working. I do the same print job every month. sometimes its cheaper to do self service, sometimes its cheaper to have them print for you. Sometimes, they won't print for you and they are not able to help with the self service machines. They have one employee that rocks and is actually willing to help.
Wow, don’t come here if you’re looking for any sort of customer service! I was mailing a painting and asked for a piece of brown craft paper that they have in a huge roll behind the desk for packing, to tape on the back of my painting and they said it was company policy not to give it to me. I asked to buy it and they couldn’t even sell me a 2‘ x 2‘ piece of paper.
