Crappy Customer Service – Just got back from a very unsatisfying trip to the Ballard Kinkos. The person helping me acted like they were doing me a favor by "trying" to take my business card order. They had no paper stock recommendations for business cards, just that they could "print on anything." I had them try two different paper options, neither of which were professional (very flimsy), and those were the thickest they had.
