I planned to give FedEx 2 stars due to frustration with the estimated delivery timelines. However, after speaking with Julius, I’m changing my review to 5 stars. He was incredibly helpful—he answered all our questions over the phone and even called us back as soon as our package arrived. His excellent customer service turned a stressful situation and a rough trip to Canada into a much better experience. Thank you, Julius!
Probably one of the worst experience/customer service I have ever received. I work in customer service, sales, and manage and train employees in this field. The gal that tried helping me lied multiple times, diverted to asking something completely different and wasn't listening to anything I asked. She then blamed coporate for not knowing anything about local branches after I told her I was advised by Fedex customer service and multiple locations that this store would be able to help. Jules at Marysville Fedex is the best. After went to Lynnwood store for a terrible experience, Jules here is so friendly and helped me with the UN labels without charge! Please come to this store to ship your packages! (Attached negative review is for Lynnwood Fedex)
I stopped by this branch to drop off a couple of heavy boxes that I needed to ship. Before I could get the boxes out of the car, David ran out to help me carry them in. He quickly returned to carry the second box, too. It’s rare to have that kind of customer service these days. Shout out to David and Jules for their excellent customer service!
Hanna the new store manager is just a bad human. She wouldn't accept my package, because it apparently isn't the correct type of cardboard or something. She didn't really give me an answer as to why, but tried to sell me a different new box, and force me to pay for shipping twice. Her answer for the whole thing was that she didn't think people like me would understand. Um, I'm native, so I'm not sure what that's supposed to be referencing. I would suggest going anywhere else to ship your packages while she is in charge here
