BUYER BEWARE. I was in this store on 1/5/26 to ship a "perishable" 13 lb package to the east coast. Was given multiple options and decided on doing the 2 day delivery BY 130p ET on 1/7/26 and was advised not once, but twice that if delivery is not made by this time I would be refunded the cost of shipping....$278.00. As mentioned, I had multiple options with variable costs....certainly glad I didn't take the most expensive option. I am now advised by in store manager, Hannah and Fed Ex Customer service that getting a refund ... read more
