Employee was late opening store, late to getting computers up and running, no apologies to anyone that was waiting. Waited in line for 45 mins just to do a return, EMPLOYEE DIDNT EVEN UNLOCK THE DOOR SO EVERY CUSTOMER THAT SHOWED UP AFTER HAD TO KNOCK TO HAVE SOMEONE FROM THE INSIDE OPEN IT FOR THEM !
