User unfriendly systems and useless staff. Went just to print some docs. Not only is there just one usable system, it won’t let you add cash to it. I started with $5 and needed a bit more for all my prints, but couldn’t add more money to it. Had to wait until the browsing time for the $5 and then pay $10 since I didn’t know precisely how much wouldd be needed for my prints. Would have been better off at the public library with the long queues and broken printers. Wasted time and money
By far and away the most competent service I've had at any fedex print location.

Nancy, Paige, Samson, Sean and all other employees who help assist from day to day are the most caring supportive employees. I shipped a package out and paid for overnight guaranteed by 5PM delivery the next day. Not only did they hold the package at this facility for over 24 hours for no reason but when I asked why this was the case, they refused to take responsibility for their error and insisted that I pay an additional charge to have the package returned to me. If you want to guarantee that your packages are shipped and arrive on time by the day and time that you paid for, DO NOT use this business
