Could not ship a package because they did not have flat mailer envelopes. This location is also inside a hotel. I understand they do this for convenience for business folk, however, if you do this for convenience for business folk, you need to have all the proper supplies so those people can ship out what they need to. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a FedEx in a hotel if it doesn’t have all the supplies it needs.

I called in to send a resume before a job interview to have a few copies printed. It was all black and white except for 3 words in blue 9pt font as headers. They said no problem. It will be $7. I show up to pick them up on my way to a job interview. Rings me up and tells me that it's $38 sorry, it's just our system. I didn't have time to do anything about it and he wasn't going to fix it. $30+ for something you were told on the phone would be $7 after explaining exactly what you were having printed. Hands down one of the best experiences with a FedEx Office location. I spoke/worked with Jeremy and Lauren and both were VERY helpful! Made shipping a very easy process and I can't thank them enough. Great experience!
