I was helped by leo, he was quick and had a great personality and got me going and back out the door. In fact the whole staff there felt pretty friendly. Most of the time you go into a shipping place, most employees seem to hate life, not here. I was the third person in line and I was expecting a long wait time but everyone was taken care of and people were laughing, on a Tuesday.
They did a great job for me. My package was sent on time very polite.
Ariel is the best she was super helpful and has excellent customer service skills. Will be coming back.
Employee Leo is the nicest guy. I come in every now and again to drop off packages and he always seems to be in a great mood each time i see him. He definitely deserves Employee of the year.
