Employee Leo is the nicest guy. I come in every now and again to drop off packages and he always seems to be in a great mood each time i see him. He definitely deserves Employee of the year.
I live in Phoenix Arizona. My packages keep going to the wrong address within my apartment complex because driver doesn’t want to deliver to address because of all the mental health living here. I have news flash under the ADA people with mental health have rights to receive packages to right address. My package contains urological supplies a much needed package. Great customer service and I was well pleased to find out they have discount FedEx boxes that are much cheaper to send than my personal packaging.
Amazingly helpful and friendly staff members helped me get my package boxed and shipped.
I came in and needed some help. Ariel was awesome and made everything seem so easy for me. I appreciate her patience and easy to follow directions. She really made it a pleasant trip. The store itself is very clean and well-kept. I would definitely be coming back for future business.
