FedEx customer service Does not get the basic training and give customers inconsistent information. This is review for fedex service in general.
This is now my go to FedEx location. I had the most pleasant experience. The customer service representative Isaiah was absolutely patient and helpful. I had a few snags on my end however he was able to assist me with getting my file printed and bound. I went out on a limb to see if that location was able to complete my project the same day, after having been turned down at other areas. Isaiah assisted me in completing my transaction in no time.
