Staff was friendly & helpful
Visited this location today to send documents requested by my prospective employer in South Korea. I was aware that pricing might be steep due to international costs/tariffs and was totally okay with that. Juliann at the counter was hostile, rude and continuously pushing for me to send it using the online service portal, rather than in person. She tried to put documents in a structureless plastic bag, claimed there were no flights, that my documents could sit for weeks to a month, and that pricing could be anywhere from 150-... read more
