I have been coming to this location for many many years , never ever had any problem but yesterday i went to ship i was told to file EEI by new employee , when i called EEI office they told me clothing is exempt and Fed Ex know that . when i try to ask store manager why i was told to file when item is exempt , he was not helpful at all and very rude . he just walk away and start talking himself .

The customer service at this location is next level. Devon and his team are friendly, efficient and helpful. I visit this location frequently for work purposes and I am always pleased with the results.
Store manager Devon was amazing very kind and helpful. His staff also seams very nice. Glad I found this store because the Fedex print n ship in college park ran by Jon is very unpleasant whenever he is working.
Great service as always when I use this FedEx outlet. I live in Lanham, which is right between Greenbelt and Largo. I made a mistake today in going to the Largo establishment first before coming here. I posted review about my discontent on how that went for those that are interested in reading it.
