The service Fasil gave us at this location when we were in a rush was excellent and very professional, his coworker the guy with the afro Alif was very sarcastic and unwilling to help when we needed a last minute passport photo very unprofessional. Again thank you Fasil you were a life saver on a Sunday afternoon.

The customer service at this location has always been professional and friendly to me. This is about the driver: I was supposed to receive a package at my home and it wasn't delivered. I had to go to the office to retrieve it. There was no clear explanation as to why my package wasn't delivered to me except maybe the driver "didn't feel comfortable." I've always received my packages. Since when does it depend on the driver's feelings as to whether s/he delivers a package or not (that was PAID to be delivered)?
Absolute worst place and customer service. Their ego is higher than the sky. The least helpful people work here.
