Came in on 7/29/25 around noon to ship a package. They guy tried to scan qr code but it wasn't working. He asked to to see my phone to look at the email it came in, so I showed him. He stated he lost the email and instead of giving me the phone back he just started going thru my phone. I asked for my phone back and he was still looking, not sure what he was looking for but I took the phone out his hands. He suggest I call the company and walked away. It seemed suspicious to me. I have been coming to this location for many many years , never ever had any problem but yesterday i went to ship i was told to file EEI by new employee , when i called EEI office they told me clothing is exempt and Fed Ex know that . when i try to ask store manager why i was told to file when item is exempt , he was not helpful at all and very rude . he just walk away and start talking himself .
