This store is closed when it's supposed to be open; almost every morning! So don't waste your time.
I had a strange experience with their assistant manager Lisa. Dropped off an express envelope at 5:02. She said it was too late to meet the 5:00 cutoff which apparently was a lie because a coworker called her out and said that the express pickup wasn’t cutoff yet. Lisa was annoyed getting caught in a lie and just said “well I want to keep my drivers happy and that’s why she wouldn’t add my envelope to the outgoing pile”. Joy is the BEST! Such a great store manager and so competent. I love this store!!!!
This location over charges on the box size. Even if my box is packed with no bulging, the workers always make my packages an inch bigger on every side. This adds up overtime especially if you send out larger packages regularly! Double check their work all the time...
Terrible customer service provided by manager Joy. Not capable of being a leader and should not be in the service industry.
