Doors were locked during business hours and people standing outside waiting to get in. Employee inside walking around seeing people outside waiting but didn’t open the doors so I called and they stated they are the only person there working and are on break. Explain how you can just close the doors during business hours and just stop conducting business because you are short staffed and someone needs a break is pretty unprofessional. When I see that a company uses Fed Ex for shipping, I know it’s a guaranteed late and/or undelivered package. Terrible in every aspect of existence— I would rather launch myself into the sun than ever deal with this company again.
Guillermo was so helpful with helping carry my package. Nice and knowledgeable too. Great fedex location.
Fine if you have lots of time on your hands. Showed up at 1:55p on a Saturday. Sign on door said something like “Excuse us, will be back open at 2:30p”. Will go to the one by Ridgedale in the future where more than one employee is working. Not waiting 35 minutes!!
