Can't call store and their robo caller won't transfer me to a store worker for a simple question
terrible service
The new young guy is so condescending. He kept insisting me to use the dropbox which I couldn't use because of the billable stamp. He doesn't seem to know what he's doing and he provides the worst customer service. I don't normally write review but he makes me not want to use FedEx service.
Good location and friendly staff - Chris and Jade have both been very helpful, I'll continue to come here!
