Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a store. I asked a question because what Rae was telling me contradicted what the instructions on my shipping said. She immediately went off on me saying that she’s worked at FedEx for 6 years if I have a problem with what she’s saying then I can wait until 10 to speak with her manager. Nina and Rae went above and beyond during a very stressful time, helping me find the best solution to ship my belongings from Colorado to my new home in Spain.
