Kudos to Martina and Alex. Why? Here's why. I needed a LARGE file scanned. It was expensive, so I did not want to screw it up. But it jammed right away. No problem. Alex took it behind the desk to some machine that flattened the curved edges and enabled the scan. But then, when all scanning was done...oops. The file was too large to put on one thumb drive. Start over. But this time, Alex suggested fewer DPI (100 instead of 200). Perhaps that way then entire file could fit on ONE thumb drive. Great...it worked!! But while Ale... read more

I've had only good interactions and customer service with this location. The last two times I've submitted an order online to be printed at this location; they've called me to ask if I would like it to be cut as they could tell there were 2 of the same pages on one sheet. They also realized when it sent over, it should have been horizontal on their page and fixed it for me. The attention to detail and that extra step to call me to double check is HUGE as they do not have to do that.
