I have been using this store for years. They have helped me on many projects--I publish books). They have always been kind and receptive to what I needed and have had many good ideas over the years. This has been for decades since I moved to Louisville.
I visit a lot of FedExes to ship stuff, and this one is one of my favs. Great staff, never too busy, and in a decent location.
Jay was super helpful with a kinda involved printing request. Was very meticulous and really everything turned out perfectly! Price seemed pretty reasonable for it all too. Very pleased!
The phone menu is totally useless
Had a mattress and base delivered. They dropped it off near the garage under pouring rain even though we have a covered area near the front door and a hand truck can easily get there. Everything is soaked through (the boxes have “keep dry” written all over them), the cardboard boxes fell apart. Why not bring it to the front door?!
