The manager was insensitive to our needs when a clerk inadvertently moved over a folder to make a brochure for my father's funeral. When it has NEXT years date (2027 as the date of Dad's death), the manager refused to reprint any of them and also refused to give any refund of the over $200 of wasted brochures we could not use. Unbelieveable, especially in our grief. We never were asked to proof anything and the time we noticed the error was when we picked them up on the way to the funeral.
