Very nice smart clerks, incredible in-store computer rental by the hour i think, large ecclectic shipping & office products, can even print onto boxes.
11/10 customer service. Kim was extremely helpful in troubleshooting any printing issues and went above and beyond.
Incredibly rude staff at Fedex, they messed up for 2 days in a row with a shipment for a purchase I did online, when I called to see what was going on, clearly upset, they guy on the phone, by the name of Adam, kept on talking over me and then proceeded to hang up. Worst service you can imagine.
My husband and I had a fantastic experience at this FedEx location. We stopped by a day earlier to inquire about shipping and cost. The person that helped us was very patient, helpful and professional. The next day, Chandler helped us box and ship our items. Customer service was phenomenal on both days!
