I needed to fax a document so I went to Fedex. I asked the sales rep, Kristopher K, if they did fax. He was able to help me out. Upon completion, he tells me the total is $46.29 for 21 pages. I was expecting $5-$10. My fault for not asking up front on the cost. His fault for deceptive practices and not being forthcoming with the fax being $2.49/page prior to the service. The pricing is not visible near the service rep fax location either so I had no idea.
This place sucks! Not sure how they stay in business? I "reordered" business cards in November, 2017 & have still not received? Very simple card that they originally produced but keep getting excuses when they bother to respond at all. Don't waste your time walking in. Most incompetent company I've ever experienced! Terrible !
