I’ve been in here about a dozen times, and pretty much everytime I’ve been in the employees are less than friendly. I go out of my way to Florence most of the time so I don’t have to come here. Today was no exception on the rude staff

The gentleman with long hair shouldn't be helping customers if he isn't going to be even the least bit friendly I understand everyone has bad days but everytime I'm there he is so rude and acts like you're and idiot for asking a question or making a statement.
The person who waited on me wasn't friendly. He acted like I was bothering him. On my item it said to bring to store and it would be packaged and sent but he said that I had to package it myself. I've been here before and they were friendly but it wasn't on Saturday.
