Lots of room for improvement on Customer Service from the staff this morning. I was in the store waiting in line for over 10 minutes without the worker acknowledging that I was in the store. There was a man in front of me who had one QR code and was trying to ship multiple packages with it. The worker explained to him that the QR code was only for one package and that he would need another QR code so he should contact the store he purchased the product from. Very courteous and professional. Actually had carts to bring packages in on unlike the other FedEx where they just make you scan everything yourself and then take it from you and throw it into a box.
It’s 10:15 am on 2/7/26 and no one is here to open. Doors are locked. Highly unprofessional as I have an overnight package that needs to get shipped
Darrell was the absolute kindest, most accommodating person today. I had a very large & unusual package to return & he took every second to help me navigate this. Shopping for others can be a job sometimes. People like Darrell make me less apprehensive to do so, however. I appreciate this location & this lovely, young gentleman for going above & beyond today.
The man in there with the long hair is very rude and unprofessional. He should have been fired long ago.
