Came in to ship a package out but walked out because my presence seemed like a big inconvenience to “Rod.” He was taping up a box and I guess i interrupted his work. I was glad to find a place open on Saturday at 240 in the afternoon to ship something out. But I don’t give my business to people who lack customer service. If you hate your job… find another one.
I'm going to try and avoid using them as much as possible. When I first walked in, the guy looked at me and the person that walked in behind me and told us (with a very authoritarian tone) to use the self serve and pointed us to a machine/set up in the front where we had just passed......he said he would be helping him and pointed to a guy that was standing in front of him at the counter. Well managed store with friendly staff. Easy to park. Clean restroom.
There is a customer I greeted three times and he did not return the greeting, I was completely upset and I was worried about leaving, but I waited, and I sent my goods.
