Darrell was the absolute kindest, most accommodating person today. I had a very large & unusual package to return & he took every second to help me navigate this. Shopping for others can be a job sometimes. People like Darrell make me less apprehensive to do so, however. I appreciate this location & this lovely, young gentleman for going above & beyond today.
The man in there with the long hair is very rude and unprofessional. He should have been fired long ago.
I’ve been in here about a dozen times, and pretty much everytime I’ve been in the employees are less than friendly. I go out of my way to Florence most of the time so I don’t have to come here. Today was no exception on the rude staff

The gentleman with long hair shouldn't be helping customers if he isn't going to be even the least bit friendly I understand everyone has bad days but everytime I'm there he is so rude and acts like you're and idiot for asking a question or making a statement.
