I needed help today and Whitney was wonderful. She took ownership of my problem and was solution oriented. When I shared the issue she patiently provided a path forward. She provides excellent customer service and I’m thankful for her demeanor and help.
It's nice that this location is near my house, but every time I come in here it's weird vibes. There used to be a manager there and she seemed to be pretty rude to me when I would ask a question, I don't know why, but it was really strange. Some of the other employees there were a hit and miss as well. I had to stop by there yesterday for a quick second and experience the same weird vibes. These guys always do a great job. I’ve printed many things and they helped us with all of our wedding printed materials, which came out great.
Cooper was super friendly and helpful with my print job. He was also super helpful and friendly towards everyone else that was there.
