Brought my Aritzia return in and the guys here were so helpful. Way better than my UPS experiences. Everyone even told me to have a good day. Good place.

Daniel is awesome, greeted me immediately, told me my tape job was bad and that he would fix it for me. Love to see employees that know their job and want their customers to have a good experience. He probably saved my package from falling apart in shipping and the headache that would come with it.

I needed to send the shipping label to there email which is understandable and I did. It took 30 seconds to do. The guy that was helping me decided to go off and help out another employee with another customer on a simple tasks and left me waiting longer than I should have for a task that would have taken 5 minutes which than turned into 15-20 due to him not being able to multitask. I had another employee come over and help 10 minutes later who got it done within 1 minute.

Went here on a Sunday to get electronic passport photos. Was my first try here but my third with FedEx, as another location screwed them up … twice! Whitney here at the Nimbus location heard our story and had no hesitation helping us. This store has a screen they use, which guarantees the background will be white (an important requirement by the State Department). Whitney got it right! Our online applications were accepted using the photos she took.
