Walked in and a worker told me that unfortunately there was a widespread system outage and they couldn't take my package because all of their systems were completely down. He said sorry. I said "it's ok, it's not your fault." He said, "I kinda feel like it is because I was praying this would happen." I just looked and there was no system outage reported. Anyway, I left and went to UPS.
I’ve had great experiences at this FedEx location, especially with my latest and most important project: wedding invitations. The quality of the wedding invitations printed at this FedEx exceeds that of previous tests I printed at other places. Another highlight is the customer service here, it’s excellent! A million thanks to Abraham and Christian, they were so helpful and patient with my many questions and requests for multiple proofs to be printed. I will definitely be back for future printing and shipping needs.

I came to this location one day before traveling with a large box of fragile items. Abraham took my information and, although he wasn’t able to package everything while I was there, he assured me it would be handled with care and shipped out promptly. Less than a week later, the box arrived at my doorstep in perfect condition. It was clear that Abraham and his team took great care in wrapping and protecting my items.
