I came in with a large heavy package that was already labeled. Instead of receiving assistance at the counter I was instructed to lift the package at an odd angle to get the barcode scanned. When I inquired why they couldn’t scan this package at the desk, while he was scanning other packages, he said it could only be scanned at the kiosk. Seems like a ridiculous system coupled with bad customer service.
I go in to get pictures scanned in so I can make larger prints from old pictures I had. Three different times the machine failed, and I had to restart the first time.The representative jade came over to help me and wiped all of my progress that I made and had to start everything all over again. Then, come to find out that most photo machines like the ones at CVS don't recognize PDF.
