Requested a printing service. Staff explained the process clearly and it was ready when I arrived. Staff was great and friendly.
Waited at self serve kiosk because previous customer had 5 packages. 2 employees were waiting around. Was told they couldn't help because everyone had to use self serve to drop packages. Gone are the helpful employees.
