Got a lot a help here today. Because of Jasmine's help, I was able to get Christmas presents on time despite some sorta shipping error on the senders part. Really happy with my experience here and over the phone. Customer service is on point. Definatly will keep them in mind for the future. Give that young lady a raise.
I come here often to print different things, every time I go the employees are so patient and helpful. I was struggling to get a project to print today and the manager went above and beyond, I think her name was Natalie. Seriously the nicest lady ever! I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to help me
Horrible customer service. Employee has very unpleasant attitude. As well as refused to give me my employee discount for shipping, as I am a FedEx employee.
