FedEx has the worst customer service in the business. They DAMAGE PACKAGES ON PURPOSE and then refuse to reimburse for the damages. Only use FedEx if you hate your customers.
Employees have zero initiative when it come to helping customers.
Clean and the staff was nice. The print shop was working and everything turned out perfect.
Worst shipping service to use
Been using their print services for quite some time. This week was the only time we've had a job not go as expected. Greg from the store went above and beyond making sure we got our replaced order in time and to the quality standards we would expect. Very impressed.
