Knowledgable and friendly, as usual.
Apparently the employees only greet white customers as I walked in and said hi and nobody answered or acknowledged me. The employee didn’t even say a word or made eye contact with me. Right after me a white person walks in and gets greeted with a hi welcome in. It is not the first time that I need to return work equipment and they have give me a completely different treatment than the other customers.
