This place is awful, worst customer service across the board. Rude, arrogant employees, they are not helpful at all. I talked to 4 of them, 3 had no disposition at all.
While printing has become expensive these days I’ve come to find these locations very simple to use at a reasonable price. The employees/associates are always friendly and helpful. Self Service is very straightforward and I’m always able to get my job completed.
Print center has pretty terrible quality control - printed with mistakes, no call or email to confirm. Reprints will take 2 days past the due date. Get your printing done elsewhere!
John (assistant manager) and his team are truly excellent. They exemplify what top old fashioned customer service means. Really an excellent experience of staff going above and beyond for their customers. A true credit to FedEx. Thanks once again for your help!!
This Asian guy HATES his job! He doesn’t have any customer service skills and he is so rude! I’ve been waiting over 30 mins for someone to help me with plenty of employees around! I’m glad that after I raised my voice 2 ladies helped us!
