Matt is really helpful and good at his job!
I needed some Resumes printed off a USB drive the other day and was helped by Lee(I think this was their name). They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their options. A variety of nice resume papers to help the professional look of the resume. The print was quality, I was shown the prints to confirm quality before paying. All in all 5-10 minutes and I was on my way with exactly what I was hoping for.

Awful customer service experience with FedEx. Trying to contact customer service is near impossible. Each store is a representative of this company and is therefore responsible for the company's customer service policies. The website is barely functional and would not be considered acceptable if it was 2001, let alone 2026.
