Awful customer service experience with FedEx. Trying to contact customer service is near impossible. Each store is a representative of this company and is therefore responsible for the company's customer service policies. The website is barely functional and would not be considered acceptable if it was 2001, let alone 2026. The automated phone system absolutely refused to let me speak to a person at the store, as in it hung up on me when I didn't have some information it deemed worthy for speaking to a person. When you calla major competitor, it puts you straight to a person at the store, no automated bs, the phone rings and a store employee picks up. Will be using that competitor for the foreseeable future.
I ordered Christmas cards to be printed through FedEx and they did an amazing job! We really appreciated Jen and Chris for all their help and hard work! They were really friendly and walked us through the whole process. Although I don't live close to this location, I will be back because the customer service is amazing!
