Chris was very helpful and extremely professional and exceeded my expectations for the project I had him do. He made it so easy for me when I was so stressed on how to do the project. I'm really grateful for Chris. He deserves a raise!!
Friendly and fast service
Wow. The most helpful, friendly and efficient FedEx I have ever been. As soon as I stepped into the store a young female employee greeted me and helped me finding what I need and shipping out my item. Other customer was ready to check out while I was being helped, and another employee came right out and assisted the customer without making him wait even a second.
This FedEx (Stephanie and Sunset) has been my go-to location because of their excellent customer service. Unfortunately, today, 3/1/2025 @ 12:55, I couldn't have encountered a ruder woman! Years ago, I used Trop & Russell location and stopped going there because of the incredible rudeness. I REALLY hope this is not going to become the norm at this location, too!
