Staff was helpful and welcoming. Long line and a lot of customers waiting in line. Waited 15+min
Curtis is the absolute best. I wanted to send my father's military shadow box to my niece in Oregon. It was a challenge as it was in the shape of a ships wheel. He took the time to find just the right type of shipping container that would protect it from damage. This may have been the best customer service I've had in a long time.
Always fast and friendly. Curtis does a great job, its clear he takes pride in his customer service.
Order was supposed to be ready by 4pm. Got there at 5pm and had to wait 30 mins for them to complete the order. Didn't start until I got there...
The guy working was very helpful and quick to get my packages set up.
