The staff was super friendly and helpful and very quick! The self serve kiosks for package drop off are nice. The staff takes care of any packing tape needed which was a great help. They have plenty of boxes and cards you can send as well.
Phones transfer straight to customer service. What a joke. Every store in the valley. This is a disgrace.
Fedex is terrible! Someone is fraudulently using my account and Fedex is zero help. Spent an hour and half of time on the phone with customer service, fraud, and revenue services. Not a single person will provide any help getting the problem resolved. The reps have straight lied to me multiple times. Even tried going to the local store which could not help. DO NOT USE FEDEX!
I needed to get my taxes copied in a hurry today. Stopped into FedEx Office to get my task done. I wasn't sure if they were open. It was about 5:30 p.m. when I got there. Online it said they were open till 7. The store looked so dark and the open sign wasn't on. But I walked up to the door to see if maybe they closed early. I was happy to know they were open!
