Just needed assistance with a print job and Jeanie was so professional and helpful in getting me on track. I really appreciated her patience and she came back to check on me to make sure I didn't need anything else.
Great customer service
Customer service is great however extremely disappointed your automated telephone hours say last drop off time is 5:00pm and was informed it is now 4:00pm in person yesterday. Why is this not changed automatically when a new time is set? Myself and several others missed important deliveries. I paid over $100 to overnight some papers on a Monday for Tuesday arrival and now not arriving until Wednesday. Please fix this so others do not experience the same.
When I entered the FedEx store, I was immediately greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces as the doors opened while I juggled my toddler, infant in a car seat, and my package. Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel truly cared for. The staff's kindness and helpfulness truly stood out, making my visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location for their excellent customer service!
