Alicia was rude and refused to ship my package via Ground, telling me that I had to pay for Express service (~$350 more). I called the 800 customer support line, and they told me there was no such rule.

All I needed was 5 color copies of 1 piece of paper. I read the posted instructions and hit print. Out came a black and white copy. I went back re-read the instructions and couldn't find anything about color copies. I wasted another 5 min looking for a fix and found nothing. All the employees were busy with other customers and I ran out of time because I had to pick my daughter up from school. I was charged for the time I spent trying to make a color copy but got nothing. It shouldn't be that hard to make 5 color copies. Wha... read more

The staff was super friendly and helpful and very quick! The self serve kiosks for package drop off are nice. The staff takes care of any packing tape needed which was a great help. They have plenty of boxes and cards you can send as well.
