Fedex is terrible! Someone is fraudulently using my account and Fedex is zero help. Spent an hour and half of time on the phone with customer service, fraud, and revenue services. Not a single person will provide any help getting the problem resolved. The reps have straight lied to me multiple times. Even tried going to the local store which could not help. DO NOT USE FEDEX!
I needed to get my taxes copied in a hurry today. Stopped into FedEx Office to get my task done. I wasn't sure if they were open. It was about 5:30 p.m. when I got there. Online it said they were open till 7. The store looked so dark and the open sign wasn't on. But I walked up to the door to see if maybe they closed early. I was happy to know they were open! Stephanie at this location was amazing!!! She provided excellent service and securely packaged a 130 year old item for safe delivery across country. Everyone I spoke with at this location was extremely friendly and helpful. Great job guys!! Thank You!!!
If you need to ship any, go see Skot at this location. Great guy with a great attitude!
Don't accept prepaid FedEx parcel. Customer service guy is rude and not professional.
