I printed my wedding invitations here (yes, I should have gone somewhere that specializes in this) and they came out very dark which the manager explained to me was because of my paper choice. A different FedEx location recommended this paper choice. While it’s hard to say what the right choice should have been and I did get what I ordered, it was a bummer the manager on duty didn’t seem to care that I was unhappy with the outcome. I'm not sure the best place to put this comment, but it's so frustrating when you're trying to get in contact with a local FedEx store, and it keeps rerouting to the corporate line that provides no options for talking to the local store. I can't tell you how frustrated this makes me.
