Don't accept prepaid FedEx parcel. Customer service guy is rude and not professional.
This FedEx is so bad, I have to leave a review. Do not use their services. I came here with a simple printing job. Spent more money than I needed and when I came back to get my order, it was incorrect. The rep helping me was not friendly, unhelpful and felt like I was inconveniencing him when I asked him to fix the mistake. You would think a business would want to fix their mistakes. And even when I offered to just put another order in and pay for that extra order, he was concerned it was getting close to closing time. So to... read more
Just needed assistance with a print job and Jeanie was so professional and helpful in getting me on track. I really appreciated her patience and she came back to check on me to make sure I didn't need anything else.
