A few months ago I came into this particular location to send a package. I don't normally go into a FedEx store when I do my shipping. I was clueless! The gentleman (forgot his name) at the desk went above and beyond, and assured me that my package would get to its destination (which it did) on time. Awesome job. My husbnd also frequents this particular FedEx location on a regular basis and loves the prompt customer service

Really bad service I need to print out my papers from their kinko service. The lady told me I need to wait for 10 minutes, then I ask her why? She told me everyone is busy. THen I say no problem. BUt she just have nothing to do, wonder around in her office and chatting with people and their kids. Then I stare at her she feel shamed and she disappear and ask someone to help me. Fedex is a really bad company. GO to UPS, never choose FEDEX.
