Helpful, Friendly, Staff.... Knowledgeable
This is a small fedex, service wise is more on the shipping portion. I have been here more than enough times and when they get busy you have to be patient since most the time there's only the little lady on the counter that's working if not just one person working.
They offer passport services! Be AWARE. Don’t do it. They tell you to fill out the passport paperwork on FED EX website, print and bring to their location they will take your photo and send off your paperwork. BUT the FED EX website sends you to a third party who charges you $179.00 to fill out your paperwork. RIP OFF. Why FED EX ? what is FED EX getting from the third party? Why go to FED EX then get duped into a third party who ONLY fills out the paperwork for $179.00. So disappointing from FED EX……
They will seal the Items out of your package. They peeled the bottom took out an item. They had me sign for it first before I had the package in hand. I opened the package in my Car and realized something was missing. They should change the business name to PopCopy
