Very bad service, they are not attentive at all nor do they care about customer service
0 starts!! Me and my family come into this FEDEX and spend toooooo much money to be treated the way I was treated today. I came in at 6:56 because I work from home and traffic was really bad getting here. I get here and it’s people in there and the white lady goes on to say WE CLOSE IN 4 minutes as if I didn’t know. But that wasn’t the problem. So my 13 year old stayed back in the car to eat her food. So once she was done she came to the door that was locked. it really depends on who is working on the day you visit. I had great experience with my last visit 9/22 around 6:20pm, thanks to the girl with shorter hair on the shift.
This was my first time in store. Doug the Manager is absolutely amazing. He’s very professional and very helpful! I had a great first time experience! God bless you Doug!
very rude and inconsiderate staff. didn’t even bother helping and tone was very aggressive. told us we had to leave as soon as they closed, meanwhile on their phones while we are trying to figure things out with the printer on our own. wasted 30 minutes trying to figure things out and needing to call them twice for assistance. once we finally got the stickers printing we needed less than a minute of printing but they told us to come back tomorrow because they are closed. only one employee was helpful and the only one who tri... read more
