Print not good, and regular paper is like toilet paper

Today was my third visit. Wow. Just wow. If I have a choice, it will never again be Fed Ex.
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible customer service, I came 2 days ago to print some posters and they help me to manage my order, they were about to close the store and I said I come back during the day, I just came back and they told me they couldn't help me anymore because they received orders in the morning from now on to charge a customer service fee, and I was like what???? I just came two days ago and you guys help me and now you can't???? now you have to charge me to ask questions? Wow, I don't recommend anybody to come her... read more
Poor customer service. Approached counter after printing labels only to be received with the following language “nope, nope, ups, usps before I could even get a sentence out”. Attendant can be described as a tall large AA male mid 30s. As much as I patrol here I have never encountered such service, will not return.
