🚨 BEWARE – FedEx 3695 Club Drive, Duluth, GA Location 🚨 I walked into this store thinking I was just sending a small, lightweight package from Georgia to Texas. Nothing heavy. Nothing complicated. Just a simple overnight shipment. The employee placed it in a small box and told me the total would be $200. Two hundred dollars. For a small box. I was shocked and said that sounded way too high. Here it is 8:07a on a Tuesday and this location still is not open. Just sad. This is a waste of my time to drive over here and no one is here.
Excellent customer service! I went in just to ship a package and was greeted immediately by the store manager. The process was quick and efficient, and I was in and out in no time. Really appreciated the professionalism and friendly service.

AVOID AT ALL COST! The girl that work at the counter was very rude and asked for ID. I never had this experience at a FedEx where I had to pull out my ID to ship something back. Location needs to be investigated!!
