Asian lady is as rude as it gets. I will be printing at staples from now on. She is upset at me that their machines weren’t working. After finding out it was the machines she kept her nasty attitude.
Maybe good for dropping off packages, though I stood and watched for 10 minutes and saw an over whelmed employee primarily directing customers to self service FedEx kiosk. I on the other hand needed printing services for my national company. Never was acknowledged until I turned to leave. I didn't feel comfortable trusting FedEx Office with my project. Clearly understaffed with only one employee at 11am on a Thursday and focus on shipping....not printing.
The very helpful and friendly staff made what I needed to accomplish EASY I was very stressed going into the store, but left relieved
Desperate and frustrated, I was immediately put at ease by the staff at Eatontown FedEx. They took my birthday cards & explained my options for this holiday weekend. The best course of action was taken and I’m thrilled.
