Great service! Isabelle is so helpful!
We love our local FedEx Print store. The whole staff is great but Isabelle stands out with the best customer service. They print flyers for my business and other stuff for my wife and kids. We are always running in 5 minutes before they close and they are always so nice about getting our jobs done right away. Thank you!
Took passport photos here. I was concerned they weren't of the right quality. They seemed dull, not bright enough. The person reassured me they would work. Of course when I get to the passport processing office, they won't accept the FedEx photos and make me purchase new ones. This was probably the last straw. I have had other poor experiences here. Long, slow moving lines. Being incorrectly charged for printing. Location is great, but I will never return here.
The staff at this location is incredible, specifically John. A part of my job is mailing PR packages so I visit this location frequently with 10-15 packages at once. John is so helpful when it comes to packing everything up and keeping everything organized. He's very patient and attentive and works with a smile! I've been to other locations where the staff was rude and unfriendly so this location is my go-to!
