Desperate and frustrated, I was immediately put at ease by the staff at Eatontown FedEx. They took my birthday cards & explained my options for this holiday weekend. The best course of action was taken and I’m thrilled.
Shipped two separate items through this office on two separate occasions. Weeks later I received 200% surcharges on both because they were considered "irregular shipments" as they were wrapped with stretch wrap, which goes against FedEx guidelines. Two different people on two different days never said a word to me about it. Never will use them again.

We love our local FedEx Print store. The whole staff is great but Isabelle stands out with the best customer service. They print flyers for my business and other stuff for my wife and kids. We are always running in 5 minutes before they close and they are always so nice about getting our jobs done right away. Thank you!
