I went in today with quite the dilemma and I was in a tizzy. Sweet Kim did a phenomenal job helping me. She ran into multiple challenges and although others advised her to give up on me... she keep working on it. Kim was my angel on earth. Grateful is an understatement. Awesome customer service! I had 15 large duffles filled with work samples without labels and Tyrone was more than helpful getting them shipped out. Service was quick and courteous. Will for ship with them again!
My visit as FedEx was a bit intimidating because I went in for services that were new/unfamiliar to me. Joe S. ended up giving me massive help in a way that made me less overwhelmed and more confident in what I was doing. And it didn’t take him long either. He seemed to really appreciate what he does and that made all the difference. I definitely will be returning as a loyal customer for my brand!
This place is SPECIAL in the best way. Yes, they’re in the business of printing & shipping, but they’re REALLY about connecting with people. I went in there late on NY Eve 2024, and I was just there yesterday, 2.3.2025 - BOTH times I was immediately greeted, not as a customer, but as a friend.
