Today was my second experience at this store. Back in May, I went here to use their 'shipstix' service to send golf clubs to Manchester, NH. It was a good experience, a few bumps but nothing major. Today, I needed to get some art prints enlarged so they would be suitable for framing. I love the people at this FEDEX. Their service is incredible and I always leave with a smile on my face! I’ve never had that experience at any other shipping company and I ship items 3 to 5 times per week and have for the last few years.
For years, I get a warm greeting at this location. Tyrone is busy but always has a few personal words, making the shipping experience so much more welcoming. His staff is equally friendly and super helpful. It's my go-to place for packaging, shipping and other office services.
