Ann is a true pos! I didn't realize I was there a year ago and left a review about the same ass lady. She needs to be retired or let go because her lack of customer service is detrimental to fed ex. I will be call corporate to find out why this witch is not retired because she clearly has no respect for customers. Rude Bitch with a crooked wig!
