I came into this store this week to scan more than 60 pages of documents. This was supposed to be a self-service task, but I had no idea how to operate the scanner, and I needed help saving/sending the digital scans to the cloud. FedEx team member Tamaria came to my rescue and patiently walked me through the process and made sure every single scan came through perfectly. I highly recommend this store and their team!
I don’t really leave bad reviews, but fedex needs to think a little harder about the customer experience they are providing here. If you drop-off a package with an already paid for label, they charge you a drop-off fee because ‘this location is in a hotel’. I paid for shipping and then drove the package to your location. What exactly is the additional fee for?

Charges $$ even if the you come with ready package with label on it. Doesn’t make sense.
I’ve been waiting on a package for almost 2 weeks now the website is not accurate for tracking your packages. You can’t make changers for delivery options. There isn’t a phone number available for any pick up locations and the 1800 number sent me to the wrong pick up site twice not to mention I can’t speak with a live agent that’s actually in America!
