When making a lot of copies the machines time out on you, even when using a business account. I think this should be changed. It's a real hassle and time consuming, to have to keep swiping your card, starting over from wherever it stopped (because it happens in the middle of copying) and then having to go to the counter for all the receipts. I would suggest that this timing out should not be happening, when someone is using a business account. Other than that, the employees were friendly and helpful.
This location ships all my non freight items to people fast and is always on time.
