As an employee of a DSP for FedEx home delivery ground I’m pleased with almost every aspect of my job. The pay could be better much better. They’re definitely shortchanging us here at every turn no pun intended. However my boss, my coworkers in the hours slightly make up for it and that’s why I’m still here. coming up to peak season and routes are getting heavier and longer but pay will stay the same at a certain amount per day.
