Its the worse. I'm a small bussiness owner my packages always late delivery driver deliver my packages to the wrong house multiple time. You can't even get someone to talk too the costumer rep is useless you cannot get any information at all. One of my package say need signature required even the package doesn't say signature required they don't even deliver it to my address. Smh
Pathetic ! Worst customer service in the industry. Non English speaking and clueless. When you hire fools how do you expect to have any semblance of customer service ?
