I had put delivery on vacation hold and they tried to deliver anyway. Now, since they tried 3 times, I have to go pickup. Very poor communication with representatives.
This has been the worst experience ever!!! The Driver Ronal fake delivered my package 3 times. This package is, because i still don't have it at the time of post, urgent and this driver and the customer service reps suck. They lied to me 3 different times on my delivery, on somebody contacting me and the re-delivery of my parcel. The automated customer service takes forever to get to a live person. Its the worse. I'm a small bussiness owner my packages always late delivery driver deliver my packages to the wrong house multiple time. You can't even get someone to talk too the costumer rep is useless you cannot get any information at all. One of my package say need signature required even the package doesn't say signature required they don't even deliver it to my address. Smh
Pathetic ! Worst customer service in the industry. Non English speaking and clueless. When you hire fools how do you expect to have any semblance of customer service ?
