I made an appointment and when I arrived I was told it had been changed to a televisit and they had tried to call me but my voicemail was full. No one ever called me and my voicemail is not full. So I waited for my appointment time which remained the same time and no one called. I walked back in and the receptionist told me the Dr was still with a patient.
