This facility has delayed two separate shipments of Factor food deliveries, while also not refrigerating them or adding ice to keep them at a safe temperature. This resulted in over 300$ in spoiled food just for me, (and probably much more for everyone else in my community). It's really not acceptable, and a massive waste of food, even if reimbursement was provided. Edit: they have now let a third box spoil, leaving it to sit for two days inside their warehouse.
