I never received my package
Friendly people and quality service
My package was stolen by the driver saying they left my package at my address but clearly the picture isn’t my house . Then I had to sign for it. Hundreds of dollars of kids school items. Gone . Then dial the number and the customer representative was nasty and rude wasn’t helpful
I ordered a phone from my phone carrier and it made to Monroe Friday the 19 and has not moved since and nobody giving me answer why. That the most unprofessional mail carrier I seen in my life because how does a package make it to the warehouse but nobody know what happened to it after that.
drivers are lazy/manager don’t care if your package gets delivered to right place or even on time, fedex shouldn’t even be a delivery service
