Fedex is one of the lying ist company when it comes to customer service. Flat out lies, like they've made several attempts to deliver a package. Service is horrible 😭.
Why is it so hard to deliver a package on time ?
I've been checking for my order for the last 3 days, and it shows that it's still in the local warehouse. They are live plants, and I worry that the plants will get moldy. I have never had this issue. Not happy.
Updating my review: They still suck. Fedex's phone tree gives me brain cancer. Good luck trying to talk to a human that can actually solve a problem.
