It never fails that when I have something shipped through this company it either doesn’t arrive when it is supposed to or it doesn’t arrive at all.
They are scammers at this location. They say they are attempting to deliver when actually they're not showing up. Driver took a photo of some blue fabric as proof of their location instead of taking a picture of a porch or door. I waited two days for a delivery I needed to sign for and for some reason they won't bring it but say they made two attempts. Calling on the phone is about useless also.
I have numerous complaints about FEDEX , drivers that leave packages in the rain when they are too lazy to walk to the door and leave it there. Not meeting delivery times, speeding through my neighborhood, delivering to the wrong address. FEDEX is terrible! I only give 3 stars because they're better than UPS. ……….It’s now 6 years later and FedEx has only gotten worse. They haven’t asked me for a review since!
I have a package that says "on the truck for delivery" since Monday! It is now Wednesday and it is still on the truck!!! I was supposed to go out of town Monday bit decided ai should wait and get this package. Still NOT HERE!! Walmart should use another shipping service. FED EX there is no excuse. This is pathetic service!
