They didn't deliver my package to the correct address. When I called FedEx Main Office, they wanted me to wait 2 days before they would do anything about finding my package. My package was medicine that must be refrigerated. WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!!!
Horrible service. Not once not twice but multiple times they claim delivery hit oftentimes not to my door. I've had boxes thrown and left in the rain/damaged so nothing could be used. How are they still in business?
It never fails that when I have something shipped through this company it either doesn’t arrive when it is supposed to or it doesn’t arrive at all.
They are scammers at this location. They say they are attempting to deliver when actually they're not showing up. Driver took a photo of some blue fabric as proof of their location instead of taking a picture of a porch or door. I waited two days for a delivery I needed to sign for and for some reason they won't bring it but say they made two attempts. Calling on the phone is about useless also.
