March 22, 2025. Fed ex driver drove 30 inches off my driveway while I had someone pressure washing my driveway. Sprayed mud all on the driveway. Inexcusable

Where is it ok to throw a package on to a porch? Get off the phone and do your job! Are you too lazy to walk up a short ramp to place the package on the porch that you just throw it on the porch? Who does the hiring at FedEx? You all suck!

My package has been out for delivery twice, and I still haven't gotten it or an attempted delivery.

I wish there was a lower rating than this for this location. Driver has lied multiple times on delivery attempts. Less than a month ago driver left my driveway with back door open and scattered numerous packages down the road and never made an attempt to stop and pick up packages luckily neighbors came together and made sure packages were delivered to the right people. This business is a disaster and there should be a way to request a different delivery location.

My package was said to be arriving 10/14/24. On 10/16 at 5:50am it says on truck in Monroe. 10/17 it still has not arrived. When I call FedEx the people tell me it’s on a truck and will arrive today. It’s been on a truck for 36 hours and hasn’t made it to my house.
