DO NOT USE, they are either incompetent and delivered my package to someone else, or they are thieves and stole my package, they refuse to provide me with supposed signature and i am out $180 for a product i never received. Very disappointing and just not right at all.
Absolutely unacceptable, FedEx. Not only did you delay my delivery by two full days, but when the package finally showed up, it was soaked in oil. What the hell was the driver doing—using my box to plug an oil leak under the truck? This is beyond careless. FedEx needs to get it together. You’re a major delivery company, not a backyard mechanic shop. Do better.
Second day in a row now driver -->VAUGHER<-- parks outside my apartment and without leaving the vehicle or leaving a note marks the package undeliverable. Phone customer service extremely unhelpful. UPS, USPS, DHL, etc. do NOT have issues with my apartment and there is zero reason why this keeps happening. Is 25 pounds too heavy for this driver? What is the deal? Tracking is 882540603049. Guy drove by and took a picture saying I am not home, I saw him drive off. Call FedEx nothing they can do but deliver next day. Avoid FedEx. Came from LaGrange maybe some more 1 star reviews will get people to notice.
