Was supposed to get a ring on my bell or call on delivery but i did not. I'm not the only person who says they see the FedEx driver sit in the car w the hazards on and they claim to "attempt " the delivery but don't then mark customer unavailable. This is unacceptable. I waited by my window all day and the driver didn't even bother getting out of his vehicle . I'm a mail man myself it takes 2 seconds to ring someone's bell or knock on the window. For the THIRD time in 3 months FedEx has lied and said they tried to deliver a package requiring a signature when they didn't actually show up or try. I was home waiting. Calling does no good ... they say "sorry" and it will be delivered the next day. So their lie becomes my inconvenience and problem. Seems to be a consistent issue from this facility. Use UPS ... they care!

Horrible service. Impossible to get someone on the phone to address the horrible service. I hate when anything has to be shipped to me via FedEx

This particular FedEx location has drivers that open packages and steal. I ordered something small that came in a huge box, delivery driver cut the my box open with a cutter, then realized it was nothing big and decided to drop the open box unnoticed in my front porch. But the Ring camera caught all his lies and nonsense. Management at this location need to know who they hiring, and not hire criminals. Otherwise you will end up with lawsuits. Company should take responsibility for who they hire.
