I had a couple of deliveries for my new business. Both times FedEx has said they can't find the address or it is undeliverable. Not sure how that's possible with a quick google search and no one else has had any issues getting to the business. On one of them, the delivery driver or someone in FedEx decided to look up an old address and drop it off there. Not sure who authorized that but it was a dumb decision. If I could give zero stars, I would.
FedEx Corporate needs to investigate this facility. Packages do not get delivered the day the tracking states. One tries to get an answer as to why it was not delivered and you end up speaking with a call center in the Philippines with an agent who is not an employee of FedEx. They refuse to give out the phone number to the Twinsburg sorting facility. I had scheduled workers to be at my house on the 20th to install what was to be delivered on the 19th. An FedEx employee has stolen my packages for two now, and know I one from the the company as reached out or did anything about my packages. I need help to get my things back
I work there. Everybody thinks it's a bus back and job. It's really not it's just that you have to do your job. It's not overbearing at all. However the hours are a little rough at times.
this location has had my package for 6 days without any movement. cannot get any info if or when they are going to deliver it. I never leave reviews for companies but I am making an exception for here.the management here should all be fired.they have the tools to do it right but not only do they not, they refuse to fix the problem.
