Fedex is terrible. I have never received a package from them. I always have to go pick it up and for me, thats a 40 minute drive each way. On top of whst I already paid for shipping. I think its time to find out who a store ships with before I spend my money with them. Customer service is terrible and doesnt seem to respond when they say they will, if ever. Their website is a constant login loop, where you never get to the page you want. The app is no better. When will UPS buy them out and shut them down?

FedEx has become one of the most frustrating delivery services I have ever dealt with. The driver literally drove all the way to my house, took a picture of the package, marked it as a delivery attempt, and then left without even trying to deliver it. No knock, no doorbell, no effort at all. I watched her, she did not even come out of her truck. What is the point of coming all the way to the address if the package is never actually delivered? NEVER delivers on time, which considering they're a delivery service is a lot to ask for
Absurdly awful delivery service. A corporation as large as FedEx should be capable of a simple package delivery. Today is the second day that my package was supposed to be delivered and instead it has not left the facility. Customer support is abysmal as well, being absolutely no help and terribly frustrating to work. Such a pathetic excuse for a delivery service
