Trash. I had a food delivery that I was supposed to get on Friday morning. It’s now Saturday and I’m being told I won’t have it until Monday and who knows if that’s true. I was willing to drive to this location to get it myself but apparently they are closed on the weekend which is stupid. My food may be ruined by Monday, I’m sure it can only be cold in the box for so long and then I’m out of money I spent. This location NEVER delivers on time and I hate it. They need a different Saturday delivery guy. Always leaving packages between doors of apartment complexes where anyone can take the packages. I've had to make 2 reports because said packages were stolen!! Y'all need to look into this!!!!
Do not count on receiving must have items on the weekend. Today is Sat the 20th of Sept. We were to have a new hydraulic pump delivered that is desperately needed. They updated tracking saying we were closed at 14:09. We checked surveillance cameras. They lied. No one from FedEx tried to deliver a damn thing. FedEx in Twinsburg, OH is staffed with a bunch of damn liars. Find alternative shipping solutions when your business needs on time deliveries!!! Mail/package room has 24hr access.
