Google won't allow a new post if you have already posted on a business so this is an edit which really is on a new failure of FedEx. I had 4 packages "delivered" and dropped off at the end of my driveway in the grass. My house sits 100' back from the street. The driver was too lazy to deliver the package to the house. Because of this, the packages were taken and now I have to go through the process of getting a replacement. This facility has 2.0 stars. Lost return package to Amazon. Can not get refund for purchase because item was not returned by FedEx!

Whelp, a FedEx driver turfed my lawn today turning around after the apparently unlicensed drive did the same to a neighbor two houses over across the street, even though I wasn't getting any FedEx delivery. You manage to screw up everything, regardless of someone being a customer or not. Skipped deliveries, damaged deliveries, claims that my physical house address does not exist or could be found. This place offers it all!
