Driver repeatedly refuses to leave deliveries Left a door tag instead of knocking. Filing a claim that our package is now assumed STOLEN BY DRIVER
Awful service lost my rims and only delivered 1. Went from the facility to a location in Euclid and nobody knew anything. Location in Twinsburg had me waiting as everyone dragged around in their pajamas and unclean clothes. Still not resolved have to create a list ticket case but nobody on the phone speaks English very well. Imagine that! I wish merchants would use FedEx a lot LESS
Every time one of our packages comes through FedEx twinsburg, they never seem to be able to deliver. At all. They get stuck there into the abyss where no one wants to actually do their job and deliver packages. I always try to recommend using UPS or some other shipping company because I never get my packages delivered if it comes through here. From brake pads to swing sets , it doesn't matter the size, this facility cannot seem to deliver anything. Horrible horrible horrible. If I could give them a zero I would
