Unbelievable…..they have put my package on a truck 4 days in a row and still can’t manage to deliver it! I called customer service and after an hour run around was disconnected twice….will never purposely use FedEx for anything at all!!!! Horrible
I typically do not leave reviews, but since you are unable to get in contact with anyone at a specific location (553 Caperton Blvd, Martinsburg,) I am hoping someone of importance will see all of these bad reviews and do something about it. My package stated it was out for delivery at 8:30 am. When it didn’t arrive by 9:00 pm I thought they must’ve left it on the truck and forgotten about it.
