FedEx has gone to become trash service
If the fiery pits of hell were a shipping carrier, it would be FedEx. Literally the worst experience and customer service of any carrier. Save yourself and go with USPS. I’m ripping my hair and eyes out while I type this.
I went to pick up an e-bike. I had no problems. Staff was wonderful & helpful.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been waiting for car parts for 3 days now, and each time it was delayed for made up reasons. Package was supposed to be delivered on Thursday. Thurs morning 430am, on truck out for delivery. 12 hours later it updates that there's an issue with the address (there wasnt) that was corrected and it would be delivered on Friday. Friday 345am, on truck to be delivered. 12 hours later, delivery not attempted due to weather concerns. It was sunny and hot out, no weather issues at all. Call fed... read more
