I typically do not leave reviews, but since you are unable to get in contact with anyone at a specific location (553 Caperton Blvd, Martinsburg,) I am hoping someone of importance will see all of these bad reviews and do something about it. My package stated it was out for delivery at 8:30 am. When it didn’t arrive by 9:00 pm I thought they must’ve left it on the truck and forgotten about it. Fed Ex is the worst mailing company
Once again, your delivery drivers are not paying attention to house numbers, nor are they mindful when handling packages containing fragile items. I observed one of your drivers earlier today deliver my package to my neighbors house, then proceeded to throw it on their porch. Furthermore , he was not the driver that was pictured in my email about my scheduled delivery. This unprofessional service is unacceptable. Upon opening my package, two of my fragile items were broken!!
