Today is the third day past the expected delivery date. I waited in the lobby for the entire delivery window, but the delivery person "Ben" never came near my apartment and still marked the package as "Customer not available or business closed." I am now left waiting indefinitely to see when I will actually receive my package.
Left a door tag and didn't attempt delivery. Called corporate, told to go pick up. Go to pick up, told to come back another day. Notified package was ready, went to go pick up left on the office phone for 90 minutes waiting for a response. Called corporate they don't know either. Still don't have the package.

Customer service is worthless. We have proof the driver made no effort to actually deliver the items
I have been tracking a package that FedEx simply will not deliver. It has just been riding around on the delivery truck for 3 days now. Yet the driver will not deliver. Customer service is worthless. They just lie and tell you it will be delivered. But, I have yet to see it. It is a large and heavy package. The shipping info list the package as 42x18x8 and 132#.
