Always late I have to have every delivery shipped to fedex hub they never deliver on time and lie about me not being available to receive the delivery. This needs to be completely overhauled and fixed horrible service. I would get Tom Hanks to sort these people out.

Have had three separate deliveries in the last month that were "out for delivery" a minimum of four times but never actually attempted to deliver. Two of them were finally delivered on the fourth day, and the third was supposedly "damaged" and abruptly returned to the shipper without notification...I had to find that out by calling myself. Filed a complaint through FedEx customer service a week ago and have yet to receive a response of any kind. Avoid using FedEx Madison, WI at all costs.

The driver tried to deliver our package to the office next to us. It clearly stated the name of that business on the door. He then wrote our company name on the notification tag and put it on the door, mind you it clearly had the other companies name on the door. Our vendor contacted them and provided very clear easy to understand delivery instructions. We were in our office expecting the delivery so we could get the item to our client. Drivers will harass pedestrians and other drivers on the road and even parked. A fedex truck parked in front of me on my lunch break where I am daily and I didn’t bother the man. The driver got out stared at my car and called the police on me saying I was “suspicious and trying to steal from them”.
