The driver tried to deliver our package to the office next to us. It clearly stated the name of that business on the door. He then wrote our company name on the notification tag and put it on the door, mind you it clearly had the other companies name on the door. Our vendor contacted them and provided very clear easy to understand delivery instructions. We were in our office expecting the delivery so we could get the item to our client. Drivers will harass pedestrians and other drivers on the road and even parked. A fedex truck parked in front of me on my lunch break where I am daily and I didn’t bother the man. The driver got out stared at my car and called the police on me saying I was “suspicious and trying to steal from them”.
FedEx residential customers served through this location receive negative effort put into deliveries. Try to have your shipments through UPS when the option is available.
It seems like most of the packages that's be shipped to me almost always go through the Chicago sort facility and then the Madison sort facility and they always end up delayed. I'm lucky if the package is actually delivered the day Fedex stats it will be delivered. And contacting FEDEX customer service is a circus. They have absolutely no clue what to do but will always submit some type of ticket and says someone from your home FedEx location will contact you... Which never happens. This FE facility is better than most. I was able to grab a clean shower in between loads... Nice staff.
