Order got delayed one day and then the next it didn’t come and got delayed two more days and when I called they said they put it on the wrong truck and that’s why

The absolute worst shipping and transportation company in America.
Shipping said out of delivery. Then got notification that an attempt was made to deliver package at 12:27pm and that business was closed so that didn't drop it off. We have been open from 7:30am till 6pm tonight with 30 plus employees. No attempt was made to make the delivery so that driver lied to skip the drop off. Attempted to call customer service and they were zero help.
