I had a package delivered to this location for pickup. I stood there for an hour calling the number non-stop and nobody ever answered or showed up. Finally a driver ending his shift for the day knocked on the door and told us that nobody ever will answer and good luck getting a package from here as it’s impossible. I had to have the seller recall the package ultimately as nobody answers the phone here ever!
Today is the third day past the expected delivery date. I waited in the lobby for the entire delivery window, but the delivery person "Ben" never came near my apartment and still marked the package as "Customer not available or business closed." I am now left waiting indefinitely to see when I will actually receive my package.
Left a door tag and didn't attempt delivery. Called corporate, told to go pick up. Go to pick up, told to come back another day. Notified package was ready, went to go pick up left on the office phone for 90 minutes waiting for a response. Called corporate they don't know either. Still don't have the package.
