Two different packages for two different people... unable to deliver, business closed.... It's my house yo!!! Cameras everywhere, not a single fedex vehicle drove by my open fence.
The driver clearly took a pic with the address NOT included I have been made to wait on a very lack luster investigation like it was an error of mine. What FedEx wants me to do is to complain to the company I ordered the product from it's not their fault. From what I'm seeing the lack of accuracy calls for an audit of lost prevention. I've spoken to customer service, placed lost/stolen claims as well. I initially spoke with a Supervisor who got my information over to the Fresno, Ca location expedited it. I dropped off a box for shipment 4 days ago (Saturday). It still hasn't been scanned into their system for tracking and it is now Wednesday.

Update! I had requested a hold on a package that was getting ready to transfer to the pickup location. The man there was able to locate the package and I was able to take home. Great service! Had a package rerouted to a holding location, because of that my package was delayed at a FedEx sort facility while they rerouted it.
