This company falls short in many areas, from the drivers to the station management. There appears to be a reason why drivers are paid minimum wage—unfortunately, it seems to reflect how they are valued. Ultimately, the quality of service aligns with the level of compensation, which leaves much to be desired.

Been waiting on 2 packages over a week update keeps saying future delivery requested or attempt made. My apartment gate code is in my delivery instructions l. They are lazy drivers who don't want to walk upstairs to do there job

Third time in a row where they state "incorrect address/apt number". This is with various different addresses. Previously they also immediately try to return a package to sender without attempting delivery due to a problem with their internal logistics and hazmat handling. They will not answer your calls or emails, but would rather put you through a automated phone call system over and over again that doesn't even work.
