Jorge is a horrible driver and someone that doesn't know how to read English or better yet doesn't know the universal language 🔝(arrows to show top from side or bottom) and it's been twice that he had delivered packages to the military base with boxes soaked in some kind of liquid. Yesterday and today. Y'all need to do better.
Driver Robert from location 3151 S East lied and said he attempted to deliver my packet. I stayed home the whole Saturday and at 4:36pm Robert sent a fake photo of a field as his proof of attempt of delivery. This unacceptable for FedEx to be hiring unreliable people to move customers orders throughout United States. I want answers and results!!!
This company falls short in many areas, from the drivers to the station management. There appears to be a reason why drivers are paid minimum wage—unfortunately, it seems to reflect how they are valued. Ultimately, the quality of service aligns with the level of compensation, which leaves much to be desired.
Consistently unreliable.
Been waiting on 2 packages over a week update keeps saying future delivery requested or attempt made. My apartment gate code is in my delivery instructions l. They are lazy drivers who don't want to walk upstairs to do there job
