Excellent drivers
FedEx has delivered two of my packages to the wrong address. Someone signed for both packages, and now no one can find them. When I started a customer service ticket, the response I received was "Unfortunately, after many attempts we were not able to locate your package, then, we will close this case. We really apologize for this situation." Garbage. What a bunch of clowns.
